Total Realty, is a family owned, full service, real estate brokerage specializing in residential, multi-family and commercial properties.
Founded by Jerry and Devy Goldenberg, we bring 40 years of real experience to the table.
We love to explore ideas in order to figure out what the best options are for different people given their personal priorities. Our goal is to then present the best options, so that each client can be free to enjoy the process, and be completely in touch with what their gut is telling them.
David Goldenberg was born and raised in St. Louis, with a few stops along the way. There was a short stint in Boulder, Colorado before finishing his undergrad in music in Boston. Then there was Nashville followed by New York City. While in New York, he received a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning in order to help unlock some of the reasons different cities function the way they do. Throughout all of this, his love for St. Louis never faded. He developed an infatuation with its diverse abundance of housing and its strikingly classic architecture.
